Day 10 ... blue sky!
Here is the front our our host's house. Such a cute place on 2-acres.
The view of West Maui from Hana Highway. The VOG is disappearing!
We drove down to South Maui to do some snorkeling in the Aquarium. Look at the power lines that can't be buried because of the volcanic rock. They put it in black tubes and float it over the rock.
These cactus trees show up now and then along the road. There were a bunch down by Wailea. I think they're kind of creepy.
We went into Kihei for lunch (Pita Paradise) and did some last minute souvenier shopping at Kihei Kalama Village. We called my parents who were in Highland for my nephews birthday. So, we took this picture as a reminder of where we were when we were talking to them.
Here's a picture of the Kihei Kalama Village.
We went to our favorite Po'olenalena Beach and swam/snorkeled for a long time. We saw two 3+ foot turtles here and swam around with them. It's so fun!
We went back into Kihei for dinner at LuLu's which is a fun open restaurant. I loved eating where the birds would just fly in and out randomly.
Toward the end of our vacation we were sticking to the places that we knew we liked and were taking it easy. It was nice. I'M READY TO GO BACK!

I didn't know turtles that big were so close to the shoreline. That is so amazing!
